Catherine Tough is a gifts and interior accessories Company, specialising in the design and manufacture of high quality knitted and handcrafted products for the home.

With a strong sense of colour and a contemporary edge, that can only be developed by a hands on approach to design, Catherine’s collection is hand-made at her studio in Hackney or developed with ethically sound manufacturers within the EU.

The collection draws together three complementary themes: relaxing lavender, home-wear and interiors. The finest quality raw materials are sourced to produce the range from lavender buds to 100% cashmere. All our fabrics are unique and knitted and felted to create our great range of patterns and colour combinations.

Now in her tenth year of business Catherine’s work is sold through independent retailers within the UK and world-wide. She has written or contributed to five design book and Catherine’s work is regularly featured in the quality press and blogs.

As we develop and oversee our products from design to delivery this ensures quality and one to one customer service at every level, welcoming one-off projects or consultancies.

Catherine lives with her daughter in Hackney, just down the road from her sister Clare the knitwear designer and can be spotted every Saturday over the winter at her stall on Broadway Market.
