The Making Process: Hot Water Bottle Covers

All of our lambswool hot water bottles are made in house in our East London studio.

Each one is crafted using super soft yarn for cosy evenings in bed or on the sofa

First the yarn is knitted using our trusted knitted machines. This creates the fabric

required to make one hot water bottle. Its is then washed and dried for maximum softness.  

Each piece is then steamed in readiness for construction. The sides are then stitched

together to create the classic hot water bottle shape.

Some extra stitches are added and a final inspection and its ready for a new home!
