How sock club works
WHAT IS SOCK CLUB
Sock Club is a monthly subscription of organic cotton, lambswool or cashmere blend socks delivered for free, beautifully wrapped in a letterbox-sized packet, so you don’t need the hassle of being in.
You can choose from rolling monthly subscriptions for yourself or gift subscriptions over 3, 6 and 12 months.

One pair of socks per month plus discounted prices and exclusive socks, free delivery on all subscription orders and 10% off sitewide for as long as you’re a subscriber! ( discount code is not valid on sale or subscriptions).
HOW MUCH DOES SOCK CLUB SUBSCRIPTION COST?
Our rolling monthly subscriptions start from £15 with the cool cotton option.
Our prepaid gift subscriptions start from £45 for three months of cotton to £196 for a year's worth of seasonally selected cotton, lambswool and cashmere blend.
WHEN DOES THE MONEY LEAVE MY ACCOUNT?
On a monthly subscription, the first delivery of socks will be sent within 2-3 days of ordering. After that, the subscription will be billed at the start of each month, and the socks sent shortly after.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DELIVERY COSTS?
No, you don’t if you’re based in the UK. We cover the cost of P&P on each delivery.
Unfortunately, we aren’t set up for subscriptions outside the UK yet.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To do this, log in to your account and select Cancel my subscription. If you need any help with this, please email support@catherinetough.co.uk
CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can skip a month of your subscription at any time if you’d like a month off. Please email support@catherinetough.co.uk to arrange this
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Unfortunately, we do not accept discount codes on subscription products or sale items.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?
We only accept returns on subscription products if you have received the wrong size. or they are faulty. You can’t swap a Sock Club design - that is the fun of Sock Club.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, to manage a rolling subscription, you need an account. To buy a one-off gift subscription, you don’t
WILL THE SUBSCRIPTION RENEW EVERY YEAR?
Yes, to manage your subscription, you will need to create an account with us. Your monthly subscription will roll over into the next year unless you cancel it.

Gift subscriptions are charged when you order.
The first payment for a monthly subscription will be billed upon order, with the following payments taken at the start of each month going forward.
Sock Club subscriptions will be sent out during the first week of each month. If there is any problem with your payment, we will contact you.
No, that's the fun of a subscription. We will only exchange if the wrong size has been sent or an item is faulty

On a monthly subscription, you can manage your delivery address online, but it is easiest to email support@catherinetough.co.uk, and we can update your records and our delivery system at the same time.
You will be sent a 10% discount code valid on everything but sale and subscriptions. It can be used as often as you like for the subscription duration. If you have sent a gift subscription, you can also share this with the recipient.
