SOCK CLUB GIFT SUBSCRIPTION - WARM & WOOLLY

Treat yourself to continuously cosy feet with a monthly delivery of lambswool or cashmere blend socks.

All you need to do is...

What you will receive

• One pair a month of lambswool, recycled slik mix or cashmere blend socks.
• The first delivery of socks will arrive tissue-wrapped within 2-3 days of ordering with a note explaining the subscription and an optional personalised note.
• After that, the subscription payment will be taken on the same date each month as the original payment and shipped within three days for the subscription duration.
  
• The subscription includes a mixture of ankle, knee and slouch socks. 
• We will send lambswool ankle socks from April to August, and a mix of lambswool knee socks and cashmere blend slouch socks from October to March. 
• The socks shown are only illustrations; the designs will be chosen from our main range and some sock club exclusives. We will keep a record of the styles sent and make sure you receive a lovely selection.

The Rules of Sock Club

• The first rule of Sock Club: You don't talk about Sock Club....only joking, please tell all your friends.
• All subscriptions include free Royal Mail delivery in the UK. Unfortunately, we can't send subscriptions outside the UK yet. 
• All subscribers will receive a 10% discount code valid site-wide for the duration of their membership (excluding sales & subscriptions). The recipient or purchaser can use this.
• All socks will be carefully chosen so that you will receive a varied selection by the end of your subscription.
• Discount codes aren't valid on sock subscriptions.
• Sock Club socks can only be exchanged if the wrong size is sent or they are faulty.
• There is no repeat guarantee; we'll never send the same sock twice. If we slip up, we'll send you an extra pair for free.

Treating someone? At checkout, use the 'order notes' box to add a gifting message. We'll take care of the rest. Your items will be lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, and our staff will handwrite a personal message on a card.

We offer two levels of mainland UK delivery; please note that remote areas may take slightly longer than quoted.

Standard rate: £4.50. Delivery will take 3-5 working days and is our FREE service on orders of £75 or more.

Next day: £10.00 order by 12 pm for our express service, sent with DPD, a signature will be required.

Please note that our deliveries require a signature; please bear this in mind when entering your delivery address. 

Catherine Tough does not accept any liability for instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer (e.g., a note left saying 'leave it in the shed / 'with the neighbour). If you wish to add delivery instructions, please add them to the 'order notes' box at checkout, and we will inform the courier.

Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday mornings. Any order received on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

USA 

Delivery Duty Paid - £20.00

Following recent changes to US regulations, our pricing now includes duty and will be delivered to you with no additional fees to pay.

European Delivery - £12.00

Transit time 8 - 10 days. Our transit time does not include any delays due to customs clearance in your destination country.

SWITZERLAND + NORWAY

Delivery - £12.00

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We take great care at Catherine Tough to ensure your order is picked, packed and sent with consideration and attention to detail.  If for any reason you are not happy with your  order we offer a no fuss returns and exchange policy.

You can return part or all products ordered on the Catherine Tough website 120 calendar days following the delivery date.

 How can I return or exchange a product

You can return/exchange an item purchased directly from Catherine Tough up to 120 days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its paperwork. The return postage is at your expense and must be tracked to guarantee a refund. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty we will refund the return fees once we have inspected the product, please send a copy of your postage receipt if this is the case.

If you would like to exchange a perfect product or unwanted gift for something else on our site we do ask that you pay our 'swapsies' admin and postage fee to cover our costs. This costs £4.50 and can be purchased by clicking here

All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or any other relevant labels from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Catherine Tough will not accept returned products returned to us without the relevant labels, or that may have been altered from their original status worn (other than trying them on) or damaged.

If you wish to return/exchange an item, please email us at support@catherinetough.co.uk so we know to expect your delivery and can act quickly upon its receipt.
