SOCK CLUB GIFT SUBSCRIPTION - COOL COTTON

Gift a friend that fresh sock feeling with a monthly delivery of two pairs of organic cotton socks.

All you need to do is...

• Choose the duration of the subscription.
  (three, six or 12 months) 
• Select which size (4-7 UK or 8-11 UK)
• Decide on a style you think your friend would like best (pattern, animals or mixture)
• Fill in their delivery details and the gift message you want to send at checkout.
• If you want the recipient to receive tracking notifications, please add their email to the notes - if you don't do this, we will send them to you.
• If it's a last-minute gift, we can email you a certificate for a Sock Club membership.

What they will receive

• TWO pair of organic cotton socks per month
• The first delivery of socks will be sent 2-3 days after ordering and will arrive gift-wrapped with a Sock Club card explaining the membership, who it's from and an optional personalised message.
• After that, the socks will be sent in the first week of each month for the subscription duration.
• The socks shown are only illustrations; the designs will be chosen from our main range and some sock club exclusives. We will keep a record of the styles sent and make sure you receive a lovely selection.

The Rules of Sock Club

• The first rule of Sock Club: You don't talk about Sock Club....only joking, please tell all your friends.
• All subscriptions include free Royal Mail delivery in the UK. Unfortunately, we can't send subscriptions outside the UK yet. 
• All subscribers will receive a 10% discount code valid site-wide for the duration of their membership (excluding sales & subscriptions). The recipient or purchaser can use this.
• You can skip a delivery anytime; please get in touch with at least 5 working days before shipment is due at the start of each month.
• All socks will be carefully chosen so the recipient receives a varied selection of socks by the end of their subscription.
• Discount codes aren't valid on sock subscriptions.
• Sock Club socks can only be exchanged if the wrong size is sent or they are faulty.
• There is no repeat guarantee; we'll never send the same sock twice. If we slip up, we'll send you an extra pair for free.

These socks are easy to take care of; simply machine wash at 30 C / 86 F and dry naturally. They can also be tumble dried on a cool setting.
TOP TIP - Wash your socks inside out to keep them looking lovely for longer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We take great care at Catherine Tough to ensure your order is picked, packed and sent with consideration and attention to detail.  If for any reason you are not happy with your  order we offer a no fuss returns and exchange policy.

You can return part or all products ordered on the Catherine Tough website 120 calendar days following the delivery date.

 How can I return or exchange a product

You can return/exchange an item purchased directly from Catherine Tough up to 120 days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its paperwork. The return postage is at your expense and must be tracked to guarantee a refund. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty we will refund the return fees once we have inspected the product, please send a copy of your postage receipt if this is the case.

If you would like to exchange a perfect product or unwanted gift for something else on our site we do ask that you pay our 'swapsies' admin and postage fee to cover our costs. This costs £3.50 and can be purchased by clicking here

All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or any other relevant labels from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Catherine Tough will not accept returned products returned to us without the relevant labels, or that may have been altered from their original status worn (other than trying them on) or damaged.

If you wish to return/exchange an item, please email us at support@catherinetough.co.uk so we know to expect your delivery and can act quickly upon its receipt.
