Costed out over their lifetime, these slippers offer great value. Featuring a distinct knitted lambswool outer backed onto durable sheepskin leather, they're built to withstand the test of time. Enhanced by superior double-stitched seams, these slippers ensure longevity, bringing comfort year after year.
The sheepskin used in production is ethically sourced and is a by-product of the Portuguese meat trade, processed in the producer's own tannery to minimise transportation and waste.

Catherine designs each collection in her East London studio, inspired by the pattern and chaos of urban living, blending this with an old-fashioned sense of whimsy and a unique colour palette to create charming, individual products.

Natural fibres sourced
Each collection starts with the joy of a new shade card. We use the finest natural fibres - ethically sourced, Italian-spun lambswool, selected for softness, durability and beautiful colours.

All our slippers are knitted and crafted in Portugal; we regularly visit our makers to work on new developments and quality control …who doesn't love sunshine and a fresh pastel de nata?

We check and pack every pair of slippers at our studio so they are ready to wear or give. They mould to the shape of your feet and bring an immediate sense of well being.
I really love Catherine Tough’s products - they are stylish, comfortable and well made. It is always a pleasure to buy from an independent manufacturer, but one whose small size doesn’t mean a compromise in terms of service and efficiency.
I had a pair of your slippers as a Christmas gift 5 years ago. I LOVED them! I have worn them to death (they are still very serviceable, but I have worn the fur lining in places). I HAD to get another pair.
My only criticism is that you don't add any kind of label to your slippers. It took me a lot of searching to find who had made them (the person who gave them couldn't remember).
So, the best slippers I have ever owned by a country mile. But add a maker's tag!
I love the design, the feel and the quality. I have killer big toes that wreck socks ... hoping this pair will stand up to them as long as the last ones I bought have.

Catherine Tough slippers are world class I bought a pair and bought many over all the way over the globe from Australia I still have one her scarfs that is my the only scarf I use and some gloves you could uggs which are all syndicated by different outlets and don’t know the quality but for me personally I prefer Catherine Tough and will always buy her brand of goods the price is worth it because your buying quality the slippers are comfortable first I put on when I get home and it’s how I know I can relax and the day is over thank Catherine for always helping and I really appreciate your help always thank you x
The socks are warm soft comfortable and great whip as a companion to your slippers around the the house on cold morning and nights as it gets colder here in Australia in winter they will be my go to for shoes and there a great gift idea to those family

I wasn’t sure about these but absolutely love them - they are thinner than the other socks I’ve bought from Catherine Tough and I know will become staples during the spring.

Catherine Tough has designed subtly colourful, playfully patterned knitwear from her London studio since the early 2000s. Every sock, scarf, or gift idea begins with a sketch - a love of colour, a study of pattern and proportion, a belief that the things we use every day should be worth reaching for.
